All runners that finish the race will receive a prize medal.
The first three male, female and non-binary finishers will receive special prizes and also winners in age groups and team competitions. See further information about the prizes below.

The following prize money will be given in Icelandic krona (ISK) to the first three male, female and non-binary finishers.

The first male and first female finisher will receive prize money and awards from the Laugavegur Ultra Marathon partners.
Team and age groups competition
- First men, women and non-binary in each age group will receive awards.
- The first three runners, men, women and non-binary in each age group will receive a trophy.
- The first teams in each category in the team competition will receive a trophy.
Trophy
The winners of the Laugavegur race will receive an elegant prize, which this year is designed by the ceramic designer Dagnýja Gylfadóttir, who designs under the DAYNEW brand. The prizes are mountain vases made of ceramic. Each mountain is handmade and hand-painted. The mountain vases reflect nature and the mountains in Iceland.
Dagný graduated from the University of Cumbria in 2014 with a BA degree in ceramic design. She has participated in many art exhibitions and has a studio in Íshús Hafnarfjörður.
